Booking terms

Courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the only legally binding one: see the original text.

These terms govern bookings made through tesorosdelsur.es and constitute the accommodation contract between the customer and Covasa Patrimonio SL (details in the legal notice). By completing a booking, the customer declares having read and accepted them.

1. Booking and card guarantee

To confirm the booking, the customer must provide the details of a valid bank card, on which a €0 authorisation will be made at that moment for the sole purpose of verifying that it is valid. No amount is charged at the time of booking: no deposit, advance payment or damage bond is required.

2. Price

The total amount of the stay, taxes included, is shown before completing the booking and is fixed in the confirmation.

3. Payment

The total amount of the booking will be charged to the card provided 14 calendar days before the check-in date, coinciding with the end of the free cancellation period. For bookings made less than 14 days in advance, the charge is made at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 14 calendar days before the check-in date. After that deadline, 100 % of the booking amount will be charged, also in the event of a no-show. In accordance with article 103.l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Act for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for accommodation services other than for residential purposes where a specific date or period of performance is provided for, as is the case with these bookings. Therefore, only the cancellation policy described here applies.

5. Declined payment

If the charge cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the means of payment, the customer will be notified by telephone and/or email so that it can be resolved. If within 24 hours of that notice no reply or valid means of payment is received, the booking will be cancelled, this will be recorded through the contact details provided by the customer, and the accommodation will become available again, without the cancellation giving rise to any right to compensation.

6. Conduct and damage

The customer undertakes to make proper use of the accommodation and to respect the neighbours' rest. If significant damage is found after check-out, its cost may be charged to the card provided, according to the valuation by the company's maintenance team or to the invoice for replacing or repairing the damaged items. The customer will receive the breakdown and justification of the charge.

7. Arrival and departure

The usual check-in and check-out times, as well as the arrival instructions, are given to the customer before the check-in date.

8. Personal data

The data provided for the booking are processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
